I’m Molly May Mylott.
I’m a small-town South Coast anti-diet dietitian & founder of MMM Nutrition.
You might see me around walking the dogs on the beach, painting, fishing, taking photos or exploring this gorgeous coastline I get to call home.
Since I can remember I have enjoyed food. One of my earliest memories about food is diving face first into a mango in the hot Queensland summer.
Now as an adult I still enjoy food. All foods.
I love learning new tricks and techniques and trying new foods. I have fun getting my hands dirty being part of the growth and primary production of food (see my insta for some Salty Oyster Co. adventures).
And it’s a true joy of mine to sit down and share a meal with family and friends.
When I heard about Non-Diet Approach, Mindful Eating and Intuitive Eating Principles it just made so much sense. To me, it’s about the body just doing what it is meant to do, it’s a way of listening to the body leaning the language it uses to tell us messages and trusting in it. Yes, that’s a oversimplified version, yes there’s a bit more involved in these principles and practices and I’d love to share more about it with you.
It’s my personal mission is to help people to find peace, balance and confidence with their food choices.
I aim to help people turn down the volume on diet culture, the food police and the inner critic and turn up the volume on the internal messages of the body - hunger, fullness, satiety and pleasure.
My goal is to help people live their life with a little more ease, by creating happier relationships with food and their life.

The sessions are always personalised for your situation.
Initial nutrition assessment session
This is where we start our work together.
The goal is to get to know you and your nutrition goals and expectations. We talk about factors relating to your nutrition, including your overall medical history (physical and mental health), favourite foods, typical meals and snacks, grocery shopping, movement/exercise habits, plus your thoughts and feelings about your current food choices and lifestyle.
We also talk a lot about “dieting”, body image, “good vs bad” foods, weight concerns, and nutrition/health “expectations”.
We also look at some tools for creating new ways of thinking about and changing behaviours in areas you want to work on.
If requested, there are some educational handouts, resources, and other materials to help learn more about various topics.
In Review sessions
We build upon previous sessions and provide continued support on your journey. Frequency of review sessions varies from person to person.
As a supportive member of your healthcare team, I can work with other professionals if needed (such as doctors, therapists, psychologists, and other specialists).
